A musical performance within the framework of the event “Roma in Scena. L'autunno”
A selection of 30 unfrogettable melodies, from Sinatra to the Beatles, proposed with an overwhelming symphonic elaboration prepared by orchestra and soloists of the International Chamber Ensemble, directed by Francesco Carotenuto.
The concert, entitled “da My Way a Yesterday”, offers an unforgettable evening that is a fascinating journey across some of the most loved melodies by “The Voice” and the Beatles: from Strangers in the night to Yellow submarine, from New York New York to Eleanor Rigby, from Something stupid to Here comes the sun. A nostalgic and extremely pleasant orchestral recollection of the golden years of 20th century music.
The realization of this suggestive programme in the magnificent Esedra, surrounded by extraordinary works of art, is aimed at renewing the amazing and miraculous match between classical and modern culture with a new and unique musical language. It is an event that promotes culture involving all the senses. It is definitely adequate for an audience of all ages.
